"I have contracted Frank Wyatt to assist in bringing together dispersed groups to create a common vision for major new initiatives and also been a participant in his workshops for leadership development. Frank is highly capable in working with groups and has been very successful in achieving a strong sense of ownership of outcomes that emerge from these group activities. He does what few facilitators do, and that is to confront personal agendas and issues within these group activities in a sensitive manner, rather than avoiding them. This means that opposition to an idea emerges and can be dealt with within the workshop setting in a professional way, rather than the opposition manifesting itself in undermining of the workshop outcomes post the event. In my view, this is a much better outcome of such workshops. Frank's ability to do this in leadership development training can lead to profound personal development for individual attendees. "

"Frank has a good grasp of Defence Industry issues and has provided strong thought leadership in facilitating our Think Tanks and generating innovative ideas...he also contributed to the building of strong leadership of the Defence Teaming Centre and its current agendas. "

Phil de Courcey
CEO, Defence Teaming Centre

"I have known and worked with Frank for around 7 years. He has undertaken facilitation and workshop roles for me in Sentek Pty Ltd, where I was MD and am still a Director. He has also facilitated the Strategic Planning Board workshop of the Cooperative Research Centre for Irrigation Futures, of which I am a Director. I have also worked with Frank on various Water Industry Alliance projects. Finally I have been a member of the Finniss Group, a South Australian Water industry CEO’s think tank, since its foundation. Frank has been the facilitator of these meetings from its inception.

I have used and recommended Frank’s services over some years because I have found him to be an excellent facilitator, proficient at enabling groups to have open, focused and productive discussions and with a strong understanding of strategy and collaboration. His understanding and advice about developing productive interpersonal styles and relationships has also been very useful at an individual and group level.

Frank is very credible at all levels in organizations, right up to the senior management and Board. He is trustworthy, intelligent, a good listener, has a good sense of humour and establishes great relationships with clients.

I can recommend Frank as a facilitator and enabler and welcome enquiries by phone or email.

"I would like to thank you for getting me to do the "Galvanising Leadership Course". What a fantastic course. It has not only "Galvanised" what I have to do to be an important player in the Cluster and how important clusters are to us individually and as a state and nation, but it has already helped me with my family and business. I recommend that ALL cluster board members do this course and then get other members to attend. "

"Any successful business or research collaboration is based on strong personal relationships, mutual regard and support, trust and a common vision about what is possible. Participation in the Strategic Partnering Program both reinforces and went some considerable way to fulfilling these principles between the Cluster leaders and facilitators. I felt 'richer' for my involvement in the program - in both my understanding of what makes such partnerships dynamic and successful, and in the professional friendships we've formed. "

"Frank Wyatt has worked as a consultant to the Water Industry Alliance for five years assisting us in developing the high level thinking and relationships that enable an industry sector to perform more effectively.

We are a not for profit cluster of 230 diverse member companies from across the water sector, pursuing growth of the water industry. As an industry sector we have achieved 30% annual growth for more than ten years as measured by export dollars.

Frank’s skill is working collectively with CEOs to deepen their view of the future, the current reality and the opportunities where performance and change can be stimulated, both at the individual member company level, at the cluster level and at the national level.

The high level mental gymnastics of the strategic thinking required at this level can be challenging and Frank’s skills and tools are well suited to this challenge.

"Enterprising Partnerships (EP) and Potential Innovation Partnering Strategy (PIPS) collaborated with Winemakers’ Federation of Australia (WFA) to develop and implement the innovative wine industry leadership program “Future leaders: succession planning for the Australian wine industry”.

The Future Leaders program has enabled the wine industry to indentify key future leaders over its two year duration, and in the process has gained widespread recognition and acclaim within the wine industry.

EP and PIPS were instrumental in developing and delivering the program over two years and made significant contribution towards its successful implementation.

I am pleased to recommend EP and PIPS for their success in the development of the program and their contribution to the widespread recognition of this important leadership program for the Australian wine industry.

Chief Executive, Winemakers' Federation of Australia

"I have known Frank Wyatt and worked with him in many capacities since early 2005, a period of more than three years. Over that time I have engaged him as a facilitator and consultant, leading small and large groups through the participatory review and planning processes, and encouraging collaboration across traditional boundaries. On many such occasions, the processes of engagement were quite new to the participants.

He has undertaken these responsibilities both solely and in small teams, demonstrating his own personal capacity to work collaboratively. I have also enjoyed being a regular participant in activities that Frank has led, including establishment of a high-level water industry ‘think-tank’ which has been demonstrably successful.

Throughout these contacts, I have particularly enjoyed Frank’s ability to encourage other to think and communicate clearly, to ensure that every participant felt that their contribution was valued, and to draw agreements together transparently so that all parties retained ownership of the outcomes. These are unusual skills. Frank also possesses more conventional talents, and wide recognition by his peers.

"The main objective of the Industry Cluster Program in South Australia was to encourage firms and industries to collaborate with each other in order to increase their international competitiveness. Having established the business concept of a collaborative competition the next stage of development was to introduce a systemic collaborative approach to innovation. This required development of a more sophisticated process of engagement, enablement and connectivity of leaders not only from industry clusters but also from Adelaide’s leading universities, research organisations- including CSIRO, business services providers and related government departments.

Enterprising Partnerships Pty Ltd was engaged to develop and facilitate implementation of a systemic process that met these strategic aims. To engage and enable connectivity Enterprising Partnerships first designed and facilitated a series of highly successful Strategic Partnering Leadership Programs. The success of these programs led to development by Enterprising Partnerships of an integrated Collaborative Innovation System©, and a detailed implementation Schedule of Initiatives branded under the name ‘Innovate SA’.

"Frank Wyatt facilitated a strategy planning session for the Cooperative Research Centre for Advanced Automotive Technology Ltd. (AutoCRC) during October 2008 in a most professional and capable manner. Frank’s involvement in the preparations for the session, including agenda planning and interviews with individual board and management team members prior to the session, enabled him to comprehend the relevant issues and facilitate the session in a manner which produced very satisfactory outcomes for the participant group. I commend Frank Wyatt to any organisation seeking a highly competent facilitator for strategy planning activities. "
