  • Timber Industries – 2004 - (former) Green Triangle - Scoping Report on the extent to which productive strategic alliancing and partnering relationships exist to provide for a stronger culture of collaboration between linked Industries and opportunities for capability development.
  • Environment Industries Cluster – 2005 – Building a Collaborative Innovation Process – Renewable Energy and Resource Recovery sectors
  • Winemakers Federation of Australia - 2006/7 – Emerging global themes requiring leadership within the Industry

Future Leaders Program – A Succession Program for the Australian Wine Sector

  • Developed and delivered a leadership development program on behalf of the national peak bodies within the Australian Wine Sector in conjunction with PIPS Pty Ltd.

Defence Skills Institute, South Australia (2005/6)
We completed the formational work for the establishment of the Institute as an additional pair of hands operating to the Defence Unit of the South Australian Government. It has now been transferred to the Defence Teaming Centre Inc.

Defence Industry Strategic Think Tank
The Think Tank invites the CEO’s of the global Defence Primes and other larger Defence companies, DSTO, public research organisations, Government agencies and Industry representatives. Its objective is:

To build the culture and infrastructure of trust and capability amongst larger Defence companies operating within Australia to enable higher levels of collaboration across a sustainable Defence Industry within Australia

It operates as a facilitated alliance between the parties to build defence strategic and policy frameworks.

South Australian Defence SME Strategic Think Tank
The Think Tank consists of the CEO’s of the Defence SME’s in South Australia, public research organisations and State Government representatives.
It operates as a facilitated alliance between the parties to build defence strategic and policy framework for SME’s operating in this market.

Finniss Group - Water Strategic Think Tank
The Finniss Group consists of the CEO’s of the Water Primes operating within South Australia, the International Centre of Excellence in Water and Resource Management (ICEWaRM), public research organisations and the Water Industry Alliance Inc.  
It operates as a facilitated alliance between the parties to build a strategic and policy framework across the water community in Australia.

We building collaborative innovation strategies and work with thought leaders who influence industry practice through Think Tanks and other strategies.

Strategic Partnering Programs – South Australia - 2002 - 2006
These programs were delivered over a six day period on behalf of the South Australian Industry Cluster Program. They consisted of a mixed group from five Industry sectors inclusive of companies, government and research as the triple helix of exponential growth. These programs remain a stable of Enterprising Partnerships and can be customised to different contexts and Industries.

Facilitation of Research Alliances 2007-2008
Facilitation of the Defence Research capabilities of the three domestic South Australian Universities. This project aims to build stronger research aggregations to complement the capability requirements of the Australian Defence Department and provision of solutions for international markets.
