Frank provides confidential coaching and facilitation processes to enable individual and team growth under the auspice of the International Coach Federation Standards of Conduct.
His expertise is grounded in many years of practical and applied leadership and management.
Frank has a portfolio of coaching assignments with CEO’s, Managers and Senior Team Leaders, whom he coaches individually and in teams.

Structure of our Engagements
Invariably we contract on the basis of a fixed fee retainer for 10 x 2 hour sessions per annum plus any time by phone and email. The fee structure is dependent upon whether the assignment is an individual, group of individuals or a team.
We also offer in addition to Senior Management Roundtables, Icon Principle Masterful Classes and Knowledge Flows for Tacit Knowledge transfer; more details on these services are available on request.
Additionally, our services can include structured training sessions to complement the coaching processes subject to the requirements of the customer.
As every assignment is different, we undertake a detailed analysis of the customer’s requirements in advance of determining our fee structure to ensure that we meet your expectations.
