COVID-19 has been tough for anyone who owns a business, anywhere in the world.

Worries about cashflow, staff, supply chains, customer loyalty and overall viability have kept us all awake at night!

Re-connecting ourselves with our businesses, staff, legal compliance, suppliers, investors and partners and looking for new ways to grow is the next step and we need to be ready to meet that challenge.

We have reviewed all of our programs and services to create Getting Back to Business as a package or stand alone programs. We want to support business owners to reconnect, identify new products and services, find peer support and experienced coaches and to have some time to think, reflect and act on their priorities for their business.

Getting Back to Business offers everything from 3 hour Masterclasses to 10 month incubators and on demand webinars to help you work on, not in your business.

Business owners need different information at different stages of their business.

Our network of highly skilled and experienced business owners in marketing, finance, business model innovation, social media, web development work with us to present three hour masterclasses.

Masterclass are fun, practical, and provide up to date information that cuts through theory and results in take home skills for participants.

Masterclasses are hosted by local governments as a capability development and business engagement initative.

Peer to peer Roundtables are one of the most popular elements of our work.

The ability to discuss experiences, opportunities and barriers to business growth, supplier arrangements and topics of common interest over a two hour period are critical to ensure business owners are not alone and are able to take the next step in their business growth.

BusinessAllies RoundTables (BART's) are offered online as monthly services to CEO's and also as part of our pre-accelerator, accelerator and incubator programs.

26 week accelerator

To scale or go global, this accelerator program provides intensive business development, online learning, management coaching, mentoring, peer to peer learning and pitch skills.

The Accelerator introduces business owners to networks and highly successful business owners who have scaled their business or gone global.

10 month incubator

Participating with other business owners the 10 month incubator is a hybrid of online learning and face to face workshops held from February to December.

Included in the incubator program are monthly 'Stretch Days,' peer to peer roundtables and coaching to ensure business owners develop personally and professionally with support from experienced business owners facilitating their growth.

One to one business coaching allows time for a razor sharp focus on your business.

You set the agenda with your coach to explore current ways of operating, increase accountability by designing tasks for follow up to improve your business and your coach provides a sounding board for new ideas or products to be shaped.

If you'd prefer to be part of group coaching, please see our BusinessAllies RoundTables (BART) groups for more information or to register.

Pitch events

The ability for a business owner to tell their story is a basic skill requirement.

Whether you need to create a 30 second elevator pitch to answer the question, "so, what do you do" at networking events or a longer pitch to convince investors to finance the next stage of your company's growth, pitching is an essential skill for all business owners.

On demand webinars

Business owners need information and skills at the time they need them.

On demand webinars are one of the most popular ways to gain skills in a hurry.

From social media to raising funds to legal basics and building a business based on referrals, on demand webinars will help you get more from your business.
